Addison Apartments and Neighborhoods

The town of Addison occupies a rather small area just north of Dallas but with everything Addison has to offer it is one of the most desirable areas of North Texas to live, work and play.

Some of the most desirable areas to live in the Dallas area are located in Addison, such as the newly developed Billion Dollar Vitruvian Park Development, and Addison Circle. However, there are also a large number of smaller apartments and older properties that have been newly renovated.

Addison is home to over 22 special events and attractions per year: from Kaboom Town on July 4th, which is one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in the nation, to Oktoberfest and Fork & Cork

Addison is home to less than 15,000 residents, but on any given day there are well over 100,000 people in Addison. Because of this little towns thriving commercial atmosphere, many large corporations of headquartered in Addison and the town has become far more than the confines of it’s land area.
