Dallas

Dallas is a major city and the Dallas Ft. Worth Metro is the 4th most heavily populated area in the United States and we are growing at a fast pace. The numbers are amazing, since 2010 we have 807,000 more folks living here. That’s roughly 9500 people moving here monthly. The DFW area has risen to number one across the nation in yearly population increases. Several major corporations have jumped on the band wagon such as Toyota, State Farm, Fed Ex, and Liberty Mutal and more are continuing to realize the Dallas Metro is a great option for their business. With that being said, Dallas has seen an explosion in the apartment market with communities being built all over the Metroplex. We have become one of the hottest apartment markets in the US.

Living in Big D gives you the opportunity to explore all of our 10 regions and 26 neighborhoods with never giving you a chance to be bored. The northern part of Dallas gives you access to Far North Dallas, Addison, Plano, Carrollton, The Colony and Frisco with George Bush, 635, and 121 giving you the convenience of getting around easily and is even a short commute to Richardson or even McKinney. If you need to head east into Mesquite or Garland, 635 or LBJ will get you there.

Central Dallas is experiencing a revamp and a lot of new complexes are also being built in this area because of the close proximity to Uptown and Downtown with the Dart Rail making it a breeze to get where you need to go and Highway 75.  More and more people are wanting to live in Uptown or Downtown especially if they work in that area. It’s a one of a kind unique experience and no where else in the city will you get the vibe of Uptown.

Young single professionals thinks it is the place to be. Just a little North of Uptown is East Dallas, Lakewood and White Rock Lake. Lakewood is a neighborhood of historic charm, and when you are in the mood to go antique shopping or visit one of a kind boutiques you are in for a fun filled day. With every imaginable thing to do, our shopping alone has become the best in the southwest, and we have the fastest growing light rail system around, making it easy to commute. Sports fans are in heaven with the American Airlines Center, the new Dallas Cowboy Stadium and The Star in Frisco and lots more. Dallas has one of the largest urban arts districts in the country and we were the first ever to have a park built over a freeway. The now famous Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas has been a big hit with all kinds of events and concerts and when you get hungry, there is a food truck standing by. Not to mention the arts district is right across the street and Uptown on the other side.

The Katy Trail speaks for itself. Immensely popular, you can hike, bike, ride your skateboard, roller skate or just people watch and it goes on for miles leading into the Uptown area. With the thousands of restaurants to eat at, you might be in a dilemma where to go.

Lof and Row in East Dallas

There are award winning restaurants or just a sit down home cooking café, or fast food to get a quick bite. At certain establishments, your dog can even get out with you and order off the menu. At Mutts Cantina, your dog can have a bite to eat, then both of you can enjoy their dog park.

If you are looking for a 1 bed urban loft, or maybe a 2 bedroom modern apartment in Addison, let us help you with your relocation needs. Are you thinking how nice it might be to live in a two level townhome maybe in Plano? We can help with that also. Whatever size apartment, amenity or area you need we have got you covered. Since we are open 8:00 am to 9:00 we are here to help whenever you need us.
